- Business Information: Your business name, Facebook Page ID, and WhatsApp number used to connect your bot.

- Message Logs: Conversation logs between your customers and your AI bot (stored temporarily for monitoring purposes).
- Payment Information: Transaction IDs for bKash, Nagad, or Rocket payments. We do not store full payment credentials.

Your data is stored on secured VPS servers. We implement the following security measures:

- API tokens and credentials are stored securely

⚠️ While we take all reasonable precautions, no internet transmission is 100% secure. We encourage users to use strong passwords and keep their API tokens confidential.
04 Third-Party Services
AutoKul integrates with the following third-party services to deliver its functionality:
- Groq, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini: AI providers that process your system prompt and customer messages to generate replies. These providers have their own privacy policies.
- Meta (Facebook/WhatsApp): Used to send and receive messages on your connected pages and WhatsApp numbers.
We do not sell your data to any third party for advertising or marketing purposes.
05 Facebook & Meta Data
When you connect your Facebook Page to AutoKul:
- We access your Page ID and Page Access Token to receive and send Messenger messages
- We process incoming customer messages solely to generate automated AI replies on your behalf
- We do not store customer conversation data beyond what is necessary to provide the service
- We comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies
- You may revoke AutoKul's access to your Facebook Page at any time through your Facebook Settings

06 WhatsApp Data
When you connect your WhatsApp number to AutoKul:
- Your WhatsApp session credentials are stored securely on our servers to maintain the connection
- Incoming customer messages are processed to generate AI responses
- We do not use your WhatsApp data for any purpose other than operating your chatbot
- You may disconnect your WhatsApp at any time from your dashboard
07 Data Retention
We retain your data as follows:
- Account data: Retained as long as your account is active
- Message logs: Retained for a limited period for monitoring purposes, then automatically deleted
- Session data: Retained while your subscription is active
- Deleted accounts: All data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion
08 Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Disconnect your Facebook Page or WhatsApp from our platform at any time
- Opt out of non-essential communications
